Delivered with expertise and enthusiasm by SMI Rob Grant, the session provided invaluable insights into mental health, equipping attendees with the knowledge and confidence to support both cadets and Cadet Force Adult Volunteers (CFAVs).<\/p>\n<p>The course focused on fostering mental resilience, identifying and signposting vital support, and ensuring CFAVs maintain their own wellbeing while assisting others. Through interactive discussions and practical strategies, participants left feeling inspired and ready to create a more supportive environment within their detachments.<\/p>\n<p>Instructors praised the session for its engaging and impactful approach:<\/p>\n<p> \ufe0f \u201cA fantastic course that all CFAVs should have. Well delivered, really interactive and a lot of lived experience in the room.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u2728 \u201cThis has been an enlightening and informative course\u2014I\u2019d recommend it to everyone!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>  \u201cGlad I took the time out to take this course!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>  \u201cThis is a course everyone should do!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>A heartfelt thank you to SMI Grant for delivering such a meaningful experience.
