HSY ACF Appoints New Cadet Regimental Sergeant Major

HSY ACF proudly appoints Master Cadet Sergeant Major Shayle Goff as the new Cadet RSM, recognising her dedication, leadership and commitment throughout her cadet journey.

A Prestigious Appointment

Humberside and South Yorkshire Army Cadet Force is proud to announce the appointment of Master Cadet Sergeant Major Shayle Goff as the new Cadet Regimental Sergeant Major (RSM).

This appointment reflects RSM Goff’s dedication, professionalism, leadership and commitment throughout her Army Cadet journey. In her new role, she will support cadets across the county. She will also help maintain high standards and act as a senior cadet representative.

The appointment of Cadet RSM is one of the highest achievements a cadet can attain within the Army Cadet Force. Furthermore, it recognises exceptional commitment, resilience and leadership.

Commandant’s Message

Speaking about the appointment, Commandant Colonel Rushby said:

“The County is immensely proud to congratulate Master Cadet Sergeant Major Goff on her appointment today to the position of Cadet Regimental Sergeant Major.
