2021 is the Royal British Legion's centennial year, and, as a result, Army Cadets can take a deep-dive look at our national Remembrance traditions, to explore who, how and why we remember - both across Britain and the Commonwealth. We will remember the service and sacrifice of the armed forces across faiths, cultures and backgrounds.
In this unique year, the Royal British Legion has released a new and engaging resource for cadets, enabling them to explore what Remembrance means to them, and how they can help shape its future.
Created in partnership with Army Cadets and the National Literacy Trust, the new resources - which include activities, photographs, illustrations and videos - will help bring Remembrance to life. Each resource features voices of past and present cadets, and will help inspire new ways of taking part in Remembrance.
