Overview

March in March is an annual virtual event created and run by Combat Stress. This year we are encouraging Cadets and CFAVs to walk or run 10 miles in March; this can be done all in one go or spread across the month.

Walking in the fresh air is a great way to give your own mental and physical health a boost and by taking part you will be joining a movement going this distance for veterans’ mental health.

How it works
You can complete the challenge at any time in March! How and where is completely up to you, which means the event can be adjusted to your own personal challenge – walk ten miles in one day, beat your personal best by running 10 miles as fast as possible or do it indoors on a treadmill.
