Army Cadets and Cadet Force Adult Volunteers up and down the country will once again take to their feet and put on their Santa hats to help raise money for Walking With The Wounded's annual Walking Home For Christmas fundraiser.

Counties and Detachments can compete via the Army Cadets organisation page on the Walking With The Wounded website. Who will finish top of the leaderboard in 2021?

James Davis, Events Manager at Walking With The Wounded, said, "Last year the Army Cadets played a huge part in the success of Walking With The Wounded’s flagship event Walking Home For Christmas, raising over £62,000, the single biggest organisational contribution to the event. We couldn’t have done it without you. Cadets and detachments up and down the country came together and made a massive difference to the Veterans we support.

"This year’s theme is no-one left behind from lockdown. Over the past 18 months the mental health of the nation and our Veterans has been tested like never before. Our challenge is to bring everyone out the other side of Covid – together and with good mental health. Join us once again this Christmas to help deliver this. Get out in the fresh air with your friends and fellow cadets. Enjoy the challenge safe in the knowledge that every small step you take will make a big difference."
