Winners announced - ACF PR Awards 2014

22 January 2014

Berkshire ACF has triumphed as overall winner of this year’s Wilkinson Sword of Excellence Awards.

In a very closely fought competition with a very good standard of submissions, Berkshire ACF's newsletter category winning entry helped the county to edge out several other entries to take the overall award.

Lt Col Steve Taylor, OC, ACF PR Training Team, said: "This year we received the biggest number of entries for some years and the overall standard was high. There are some good PR practitioners out there doing some very professional work on behalf of the ACF and judging the categories was difficult.

“In one or two categories the attention to detail in the submission and the demonstration of impact was the thing that made the difference. My congratulations of course go to Berkshire ACF on their achievement and also to the category winners who submitted some very creative and professional work."
