Dispens\u00e9e avec expertise et enthousiasme par le SMI Rob Grant, la session a fourni des informations pr\u00e9cieuses sur la sant\u00e9 mentale, donnant aux participants les connaissances et la confiance n\u00e9cessaires pour soutenir \u00e0 la fois les cadets et les adultes volontaires de la force de cadets (CFAV).<\/p>\n<p>Le cours s'est concentr\u00e9 sur le renforcement de la r\u00e9silience mentale, l'identification et l'orientation vers un soutien vital, et l'assurance que les FCAV pr\u00e9servent leur propre bien-\u00eatre tout en aidant les autres. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des discussions interactives et \u00e0 des strat\u00e9gies pratiques, les participants se sont sentis inspir\u00e9s et pr\u00eats \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un environnement plus favorable au sein de leur d\u00e9tachement.<\/p>\n<p>Les instructeurs ont fait l'\u00e9loge de cette session pour son approche engageante et percutante :<\/p>\n<p> \ufe0f \u201cUn cours fantastique que tous les CFAV devraient suivre. Bien dispens\u00e9, vraiment interactif et beaucoup d'exp\u00e9rience v\u00e9cue dans la salle.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u2728 \u201cCe cours a \u00e9t\u00e9 instructif et informatif - je le recommanderais \u00e0 tout le monde !\u201d<\/p>\n<p>  \u201cJe suis heureux d'avoir pris le temps de suivre ce cours !\u201d<\/p>\n<p>  \u201cC'est un cours que tout le monde devrait suivre !\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Nous remercions sinc\u00e8rement SMI Grant d'avoir offert une exp\u00e9rience aussi enrichissante.
