Dio una calurosa bienvenida a los invitados a su llegada e inaugur\u00f3 oficialmente la jornada antes de ceder la palabra a nuestro Comandante, el Coronel Paul Smillie. \u00c9ste pronunci\u00f3 un breve discurso sobre el papel y el impacto de la Fuerza de Cadetes del Ej\u00e9rcito y, a continuaci\u00f3n, present\u00f3 un v\u00eddeo en el que se mostraban las actividades y los logros de la Fuerza de Cadetes del Gran Manchester. Tras la presentaci\u00f3n, el Cuerpo de Tambores actu\u00f3 para los invitados.<\/p>\n<p>Los invitados, entre los que se encontraban la Lord-Lieutenant de Greater Manchester Diane Hawkins, el High Sheriff Martin Ainscough y varios alcaldes y concejales locales, fueron divididos en grupos por nuestro Comandante Adjunto, el Mayor Jamie Storey. Menos del 1% de los cadetes de todo el Reino Unido alcanzan este nivel.<\/p>\n<p>WO2 Darrell Jones - Broche de la Medalla al M\u00e9rito y Buena Conducta<br \/>Este broche marca un total de 25 a\u00f1os de servicio militar, reconociendo el compromiso continuado de Darrell.
