Impartido con pericia y entusiasmo por el SMI Rob Grant, la sesi\u00f3n proporcion\u00f3 una valiosa informaci\u00f3n sobre la salud mental, dotando a los asistentes de los conocimientos y la confianza necesarios para apoyar tanto a los cadetes como a los voluntarios adultos de la Fuerza de Cadetes (CFAV).<\/p>\n<p>El curso se centr\u00f3 en el fomento de la resiliencia mental, la identificaci\u00f3n y se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n de la ayuda vital y la garant\u00eda de que los CFAV mantengan su propio bienestar mientras ayudan a los dem\u00e1s. Mediante debates interactivos y estrategias pr\u00e1cticas, los participantes se sintieron inspirados y preparados para crear un entorno m\u00e1s propicio en sus destacamentos.<\/p>\n<p>Los instructores elogiaron la sesi\u00f3n por su enfoque atractivo e impactante:<\/p>\n<p> \ufe0f \u201cUn curso fant\u00e1stico que todos los CFAV deber\u00edan tener.
