Open Events For Cadet Week
National Cadets Week is an annual celebration of everything the cadet movement stands for, developing young people, building communities, and inspiring the next generation of citizens and volunteers.
Held from 5–11 October 2026, every Army Cadet unit across the country will be hosting their own open evening event to open its doors, tell its story, and demonstrate the real difference cadets makes; to young people, to families, and to local communities.
There will also be an open day at our Cadet Training Centre (opposite RAF St Mawgan entrance)
