STEM 2018

24 October 2018

This year 230 cadets (10 of which are Sussex ACF Cadets) are at Westdown Camp to see demonstrations and learn how the six specialised areas of the Army use STEM (Science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) as part of their core role.

So far they have seen land power demonstrations, including explosives, training exercise in a built up areas, Army Air Corps demonstrations and got to see how they marshall a Wild Cat when picking up a load.

The Royal Signals have shown how digital technology can effect how we work and what we can do to protect ourselves online.
