Cranbrook cadets developing leadership skills

2 February 2020

Cranbrook detachment have ‘NCO night’ on the last training night of every month.

The senior cadets are given time throughout the month to prepare an evening of training, activities or entertainment that they then run for the rest of the detachment. The idea is to develop leadership and detachment involvement within the senior cadets.

It also allows the other cadets to have a different night from the normal APC training nights and do something a bit different.

The detachment staff supervise to make sure everything is safe, but try not to interfere too much!

Here are some photos of this week’s NCO night which was run by Cdt Cpl Hale, and was a huge success!
