Despite the varied and poor weather, we faced from rain, high winds to heavy snow on Sunday the cadets remained in high spirits and carried a great sense of competition and friendly rivalry in the hope of becoming county champions. I would like to thank all those that helped throughout the weekend”

On Sunday the Deputy Commandant Lt Col Owen paid a visit and watched the cadets compete in the football competition before awarding the winners with their medals and trophies. Lt Col. Owen said “It’s a great pleasure to see the cadets get stuck into sports this weekend and compete against each other for company pride. Every Cadet put in 100% effort and showed determination despite the weather. It was a thoroughly enjoyable weekend! Thank you all the cadets, Company sport reps and the county sports officer for putting together the weekend and I look forward to the next competition.”
