Day 5 of Mental Health Awareness Week.
The theme of kindness.
For today, let's turn our attention to a different area we can be kind within - our community or the environment. Could you pick up a piece of litter on your daily walk (wearing gloves of course)? Perhaps smile and say hello to someone you don't know? Water some plants in your house or garden? Don't forget that each of these acts of kindness helps your mental health - keep them small and simple.
