Pictures from the weekend.

Over the weekend 7 - 9 February Holcombe Moor Training Camp was busy with No 4 (Korea) Company led by the Company Commander Major Steve Wright. The new adult volunteers with some on their Basic Instructor Course (BIC) and some on their Intermediate Instructor Course (IIC). The BIC 7 IIC is run by Major Steve Heyl, Training Major (Adults) and his team. The County Shooting Officer Capt Paul Anderton and his team ran a Target Rifle practice weekend.

A display of weapons was shown and talked about by SMI Dave Crocker to some of the cadets and staff. All weapons are decommissioned and made safe and unable to be fired. The cadets and staff enjoyed the experience of seeing so many weapons and finding out the history of them.

In addition to the cadets on camp a two day Signals Course was run by No 1 (Minden) Company. The cadets attended both days but did not stay on camp. More on this to follow.

The photos taken over the weekend are mainly of No 4 (Korea) Company and the new adults. This is due to the bad weather (Storm Ciara) on the Sunday which prevented the cadets using the ranges and all training taking part inside.

A great weekend and as always, a huge thank you from our Commandant, Col Dr Paul Irvine to the adult volunteers for giving the cadets a fantastic cadet experience. This includes a thank you to the new adults who have joined our brilliant organisation.
