Major Dennis Outram, SSI Sophie Gibbs, SSI Adam Palfreman and SSI Clare Smith from Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire ACF completed a City and Guilds Level 5 Affiliateship in Leadership and Management through CVQO and have earned the right to use the post nominals AfCGI.SSIs Gibbs, Palfreman and Smith attended a graduation ceremony at Royal Military Academy Sandhurst on Friday to receive their awards, with SSI Gibbs being awarded the most outstanding submission in the Level 5 category this year.Bedfordshire & Hertfordshire’s Vocational Qualifications Officer, SMI Craig Bond was also present at the ceremony where he was awarded a certificate in recognition of outstanding contribution to CVQO. He said, “it’s fantastic to see the first of our CFAVs enrolled on the City & Guilds in Leadership and Management graduating today and particularly pleasing to see one of our own graduates win the award for most outstanding submission. CVQO have laid on a day to remember for the graduates and they should be rightly proud of their achievements.
