Limavady Detachment Kicks off the Inspection Season

Limavady Detachment kicked of the inspection season with a visit from their sponsor unit 40 (North Irish Horse) Signal Squadron who came along to carry out the inspection on behalf of 38 (Irish) Brigade.
The inspecting officer seen the cadets on parade at the start of the evening and took the time to speak to all the cadets on parade, this was followed by sitting in on 2 lessons one which was navigation for the new recruits which had a go at drawing a sketch map of which roads they used to get to the Army Reserve Centre. The other lesson for the more advanced cadets was Skill at Arms in preparation for the next weekend at our cadet Training Centre Magilligan.
To round off a very successful evening off the Inspecting Officer presented a few promotions, certificates and plaques.
