Yesterday, 15 Adult Volunteers from Dorset ACF joined over 200+ CFAVs from across the UK and attended the first Diversity and Inclusion Allies Course.
Diversity Allies are empowered to act as advocates for those who may face a range of issues across the whole diversity and inclusion spectrum.
There were presentations from a number of guest speakers and workshop sessions including one on being an Active Bystander.
West (Waterloo) Company CSM, CSMI Phil Kendrick said: "Phenomenal eye-opening course today online with the ACF, Diversity and Inclusion Allies Course. There is another one running on the 8th of May, I highly recommend you get yourselves a place on it and we can all make a difference together."
