Our Cadets from Warminster Detachment visited the Small Arms School Corps (SASC) Weapons Collection.

The collection has more than 2,000 items, nearly all in perfect working order, many of them available for our Cadets to handle, under supervision.

Included in the collection are pistols, Civil War muskets, rifles used in the Zulu Wars, AK47, and the Thompson sub-machine gun, commonly known as The Tommy gun.

With SI Yuill and PSI Allen, the Detachment Instructors running the visit the cadets had a brief overview of the history of small arms weapons and were allowed to have a hold and feel of the weapons.
