SCIC Pass and a Promotion!

A huge #teamMACF congratulations to newly promoted Cadet Sergeant Musker from 3 Company. Cdt Sgt Musker has not only passed her SCIC (Senior Cadet Instructor Cadre) run virtually by the HQNW Cadet Training Team but also been promoted!

SMI Williams - Detachment Commander has told us:

"Cadet Sergeant Musker passing her SCIC just confirms to me the dedication she has for the ACF and the Detachment even in these difficult times. She is a focused Cadet with drive and energy, and I will look forward to her putting her new skills into practice on our return to parading. The Wallasey Detachment is so proud of her, she is a credit to the organisation. She will be shining that focus when delivering her lessons to develop our Junior Cadets. Well done on passing your SCIC and your promotion to Sergeant!"

Major Vernon ACF - Officer Commanding 3 Company has said:

"A huge congratulations and well done to Cdt Sgt Musker on this significant achievement. I hope you utilise this new skillset back at your Detachment and at a Company level to nurture and develop the Junior Cadets once we return back to face to face training. I would also like to add that it was an honour to recognise Cdt Sgt Musker's achievement and dedication to the Company and the County as a whole with a well deserved promotion to Cadet Sergeant. CSMI Flanagan, who is Cadet Sergeant Musker's mum and also a Cadet Force Adult Volunteer with Merseyside ACF has said:

"I am so proud of the Senior Cadet Ellie-May has become. When she passed her SCIC I was overjoyed, but then hearing that she was also promoted, well, words fail me as to how proud I am of her."
