B Company's CFAVs and cadets took part in an AT day, with activities including Tag Archery, Laser Clay Pigeon shooting, football and rounders. This was the first time in well over a year that the Company had been able to come together in this way, and the occasion was marked by visits from the Commandant, Colonel Cadets, Deputy Commandant (North) and the RSM.
Meanwhile, D Company's Captain Corcoran was spotted passing through, as he was leading his squad of eager CFAVs out to the ranges just beyond the rear gates...
The threat of rain was a feature of the day but, luckily, it held off until just before the cadets were about to head homewards - after both they and their CFAVs enjoyed a tasty barbecue cooked up by professional chef, Strensall Detachment Commander, Lt Mike Richardson!
