SE RFCA and the Royal County of Berkshire Army Cadets hosted a magical evening. Full of awards, guest speakers and fanfares. The venue - Easthampstead Park Conference Centre, with it's beautiful grounds set an atmospheric mood.
The Lord Lieutenant was proud to invest the 4 new Lord Lieutenants Cadets from across the 3 Cadet Services, award 7 Lord Lieutenant awards and 3 British Empire Medals.
There were 6 guest speakers. Lance Corporal Alexander Cowen from the Royal County of Berkshire Band Detachment spoke about why Cadets was an important part of his life and what it meant to be a Musician within the County.
It was a fantastic evening although limited on numbers due to COVID, the recipients and their guests enjoyed the evening.
