Capt Polly Marsh will be talking to CFAVs (and senior cadets if possible) on Thursday 4th March at 19:00hrs about the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, what is is, and what it does. As well as explaining the difference between the Officer and Soldier pathways, and advising how cadets can be financially supported through further education (bursaries/scholarships worth up to £10k per annum), she will talk about the opportunities that require no further commitment to the army, such as gap-year commissions, and UOTC.
It is so important that all our adult instructors are aware of RMAS and the officer pathway, so they can offer guidance to cadets when/if asked.
