Remembrance Day 2021

Remembrance Day 2021

15 November 2021

  • Cambridgeshire ACF

On Sunday 14th November, Cadets and adults from every Detachment took leading roles in Remembrance services, commemorations and parades. Our Commandant, Colonel Deacon, joined the Lord Lieutenant of Cambridgeshire for the service at Ely Cathedral, the highlight of which was a cascade of poppy petals from the celing of the Octagon Tower. Cadets across the county laid wreaths, led parades and gave readings to help ensure those who gave their lives for our Country are never forgotten.
