Staff Cadet Erica Taylor had worked hard and show exceptional leadership qualities within the ACF. Her enthusiasm, effort and commitment has made her standout as an exceptional cadet. This success has been rewarded with her been appointed as Staff Cadet Under Officer.
Erica is the only Cadet Under Officer within Humberside and South Yorkshire ACF. She has showed great potential and it is thought she has officer potential within HM Forces or the Cadet Community.
Cadet Under Officer is a very rare appointment and only granted to cadets which show potential to be senior commanders of the future.
