This weekend our Probationary Instructors continued their journey on becoming the next generation of Cadet Force Adult Volunteers by attending their Intermediate Induction Course.
The PI’s took part in a number of lessons including Drill & Turnout while developing their instructional techniques which aim to teach and maintain a standard of discipline, something of which we pride ourselves in as a uniformed organisation.
