From the 29th October to the 31st October, No 3 (Somme) Company ran a Fieldcraft camp, inviting cadets to pass syllabus subjects from basic training, to two star training.
On the Saturday 30th, I and Adult Instructors helped make the basic training cadets an enjoyable experience for their first camp. From doing command tasks and building structures with straws, to getting outside doing drill, to crawling on the grass doing fieldcraft activities, basic training cadets had the opportunity to learn a variety of things.
On the Sunday, basic training cadets had the opportunity to watch a blank firing exercise between 4* cadets and 2* cadets.
