24 Cadets from across the Battalion attended this weekend's Junior Cadet Instructor Cadre. The course delivered by SMI Walker and RSMI Simpson aims to develop Junior NCOs skills and knowledge in the teaching and delivery of lessons to the more junior cadets at their Detachment locations. This course is part of the 3 Star syllabus and successful completion allows cadets to progress to the SCIC [Senior Cadet Instructor Cadre] coupled with the opportunity to progress through the Cadet Force ranks.
