It is an end of an era as Lieutenant Colonel Black retires after 10 years as Commandant of Altcar Training Camp..Lt Col Black who was a a familiar figure on the Camp to both #teamMACF Cadets and Adult Instructors even participated in the #macfofficial photo pose named the 'Altcar Wave' with Cadets and Instructors (and of course his 2 beloved dogs) back in 2019 (see picture below)
