For those Cadets that enjoy a bit of athletics combined with shooting, The North West are now registered as a Target Sprint Hub with British shooting.
This is an International Sport that is growing in the UK at a rapid rate with the opportunity of representing GB abroad.
Target Sprint involves running three 400 metre laps and shooting an air rifle at 5 discs before continuing. SSI Michelle Maunder and Capt Anderton are both qualified as Target sprint organisers and have plans for Greater Manchester ACF to run events at Company Camps and other weekend activities.
