DORCHESTER CADETS HELP OUT AT KEEP MUSEUM

To celebrate Armed Forces Day, Cadets from Dorchester Detachment spent the day helping the Keep Military Museum with their open day.The Cadets set up and ran a "handling table" inside the museum, showing members of the public some of the Museum's artifacts and exhibiting a series of photographs of the Dorsetshire Regiment during WW2. They also had a demonstration Maxim gun from WW1.There was also a stand outside to showcase the Cadet's skills and work that they do in training with a particular focus on new Adult and Cadet recruitment.Staff at the Museum were thrilled to have the Cadet's help, and a super day was had by all.#CommunityEngagement #armycadetsuk #militaryhistory #ArmedForcesDay2022
