Derbyshire ACF return to training in detachments

With a new academic year beginning, Derbyshire ACF will open their detachment doors to welcome new and current cadets back on their parade nights.

The dates for reopening are as follows:

A Company Detachments - Glossop, Buxton, New Mills, Bakewell, Matlock, Wirksworth, Ashbourne: Reopen w/c Monday 6th September.

Chapel-en-le Frith Detachment to remain closed. Cadets from this detachment are encouraged to parade at Buxton Detachment on a Tuesday evening or New Mills Detachment on a Monday evening.

B Company Detachments - Eckington, Staveley, Bolsover, Clay Cross, Alfreton: Reopen w/c Monday 6th September. Chesterfield and Boythorpe Detachments will continue to jointly parade on a Wednesday night and reopen as of the week commencing 1st September.

Creswell Detachment is to remain closed. Cadets from this Detachment are encouraged to parade at our Bolsover Detachment on Thursday evenings.

C Company Detachments - Belper, Ripley, Heanor, Ilkeston, Hallcroft, Long Eaton, Draycott: Reopen w/c Monday 6th September.

Codnor Park Detachment will initially remain closed. Cadets from this Detachment are encouraged to parade at our Heanor Detachment on Wednesday evening.

D Company Detachments - Spondon, Sinfin, Mickleover, Etwall, Swadlincote, Kingsway: Reopen w/c Monday 6th September. Ticknall and Phoenix St Detachment to reopen from Thursday 2nd September.

We are really looking forward to the cadets returning to their detachments and will keep you updated as to the detachments that are currently remaining closed.
