When asked what are your thoughts on receiving this award, (Former) Cdt Cpl Low said:

"Wow, it was a suprise to me, but I was more grateful that both people I treated have made a full recovery from their injuries."

Cdt Cpl Low's former Detachment Commander SMI Alan Herbert told us:

"Bella Low deserves recognition for her actions in both incidents, many would have walked away or not known what to do. Truly wonderful to see former Cdt Cpl Low receive recognition for her First Aid skills, a huge congratulations from all of us at Allerton Detachment."

Merseyside Army Cadet Force Commandant, Colonel David Seddon (ACF) has said:

"Cdt Cpl Bella Low is not just a fantastic Cadet but an outstanding person. Bella has on numerous occasions stepped in and given First Aid in very challenging situations showing a calm and considered approach far beyond her age. Former Cdt Cpl Low is a credit to herself, her family and truly reflects what the Army Cadet Forces represents.

Congratulations and well deserved and all of us at Merseyside ACF wish Bella good luck with whatever her future brings."
