As 2020 draws to a close I would like to take this opportunity to say how proud I am of you all as members of 2nd (NI) Bn Army Cadet Force. In the last nine months we have weathered many storms and taken many brave decisions together, all of which you have taken in your stride. It has not been easy for you, your families or our Battalion; but working together, trusting each other and finding solutions together, has helped us to navigate our training safely through these difficult times.
The uncertainty created by the pandemic is challenging for all of us, but I am proud and encouraged that you all have risen to the challenge and truly kept the flame alive.
I would like to wish you all a very Happy and safe New Year, and I look forward to seeing everyone again in 2021.
