This year we have held two weeks' worth of Annual Camp activities. The first has been centered around our HQ at Waterbeach, and the second at Beckingham Camp, Lincolnshire. The first week has been focused on getting our cadets making progress with their training, completing elements of the Army Cadet Syllabus and getting star level passes. The second week is centered on Adventurous Training (AT) and Fieldcraft. Our extensive AT includes water sports at Tallington lakes; zorbing, paddle boarding, kayaking, rafting and banana boating. We are also providing a climbing wall, motor cycling, laser tag and mountain biking. We were honoured by a VIP visitor in the form of Colonel Jim Heardman, Commander of the British Army's HQ centre. We have also continued with preparations for the creating of our new No.4 (Octavia) Company, and seen the appointment of its' Commander, Captain (soon to be Major) Brendan Molloy.
