On Saturday 29th April cadets from No1 (Minden) Company, took time out from their Bank Holiday weekend to give the Gallipoli Memorial Gardens in Bury town centre a good tidy up.
Cadets from all Detachments within the Company were present, tidying the gardens in preparation for the Coronation Garden party this coming weekend (6 May 2023)
This activity helps cadets progress with their community engagement of the Army Cadet Syllabus by volunteering their time.
Once the gardens were pristine, cadets were treated to a tour of the Fusilier Museum which was enjoyed by all.
