Held on the 18th March 2022, the occasion marked the successful completion of his Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) Level 4 course, which he did alongside his ACF Initial Officer Training (IOT).
2Lt Watts described the occasion as a great honour and a wonderful culmination of all of his hard work: "This was a great qualification to gain, as it is recognised by most employers, and the basic leadership skills and methods have already proved to be very transferrable into my civilian occupation as a Regional Manager. I would highly recommend this course as part of the IOT, and can't wait to progress onto Level 5 as part of my King George VI (KGVI) course."
