Three “retired” senior cadets have started the process of becoming adult instructors. The three were welcomed back as part of a group of new potential adult instructors getting their first experience of the adult training process. Today they experienced a range of issues including the all-important safeguarding introduction, the implications of social media management, and took part in a series of discussions, command tasks, and briefings.
