The past weekend was the BIC B (Basic Instructor Course) the ICC A & IIC B (Intermediate Instructor Course). The courses mark significant milestones in the journey of the newest adult volunteers.
Congratulations to PI Holloway, PI Gavin and PI Clarke on completion of the BIC B.
PI Neate on completion of IIC A.
PI O'Hara, PI Morgan, PI Taylor, PI Barnes, PI Tsui, and PI Spreakman successfully completed their IIC B and issued with the yellow Sergeant stripes and are now ready for their AIC (Advanced Instructor Course). This course will further enhance their leadership skills, equipping them to mentor and guide cadets on their own developmental journeys.
Congratulations to the adult volunteers on their journey so far. It's an exciting time as they make a positive impact in the lives of cadets.
Cadet Force Adult Volunteers completing these courses demonstrate their dedication, perseverance, and commitment to training and personal growth within Greater Manchester ACF.
The dedication and guidance of Maj Rob Macdonald, RSMI Douglas Craddock, SMI Ian Mackie and other experienced adult volunteers assisting on the training weekends have been instrumental in shaping the Cadet Force Adult Volunteers (CFAV) into more confident and capable CFAV's. Their hard work and mentorship have made a significant impact on the volunteers training and success to date.
Lastly, a special mention goes to 2nd Lt Michelle Maunder, who after assisting on the weekend, is now embarking on a thrilling adventure with the cadet shooting team at Bisley. More on this to follow.
