In glorious Welsh sunshine, it was back to face to face training for adult instructors from across North Wales.
In preparation for a return to cadet training, it was time for adults to refresh mandatory and other training at a regional training day at Kinmel Park Camp..
The outdoor Covid compliant training sessions saw Safeguarding updates, a Risk Assessment Practitioner Course, an Emergency First Aid at Work Course, Weapon Handling Testing, Driver Familiarisation, and AR/.22 Range Re-familiarisation. There was also some training for a group of new adult instructors.
Once all essential refresher training is complete and subject to final clearance cadet training hopes to resume early in May.
We can’t wait.
