Over the weekend new potential adult volunteers were invited to attend Holcombe Moor Training Camp for the first time to find out the benefits of volunteering with Greater Manchester ACF.
The adults were shown a variety of lessons that is given to the cadets and a presentation on how themselves can give a presentation. This was then put into practice as each new adult volunteer spoke individually for 5 minutes on a subject of their choice.
It was great to meet the new adults who all said they enjoyed the weekend which was hosted by Lt Col Paul Smillie and his professional training team.
Looking forward to them all returning to begin their volunteer training, which starts with a Basic Induction Course.
