15 COMPANY SET THE PACE

The first group of cadets from 15 Company set the standard at Swinley Forest Mountain Bike Hub near Bracknell. They successfully attended the first SW London ACF in-house Mountain Bike Familiarisation Course. They learnt and demonstrated good posture and skills in route selection; acceleration; breaking; turns; ascent; descent and reaction to undulating ground conditions. Respect for other riders, the public and the countryside code. Had completed the beginners green routes to a good standard with developed skills on the amber and red routes within a controlled group. A fantastic day was had by all.
