The Inspiring Leadership Series is aimed at bringing inspiring leaders from all walks of life to Cadets across the UK. Sessions are delivered virtually via the Zoom application and are open to Cadets and CFAV’s from the ACF

In this session in the series, Major Peacock (Assistant National Training Advisor – Cadets) will be joined virtually by Cath Possamai on Monday 22nd March at 1900 hours.
Cath is the Chief Executive Officer of Capita’s British Army Recruiting Group, a graduate of sports science at the prestigious Loughborough University, and a keen rugby coach.
Cadets can submit questions to Cath in advance via their Detachment Commander.
DC's should email or message via Twitter questions along with the Cadets Name and County.
Questions will be read out during the session and the cadet which Cath chooses as the best question will receive a copy of Cath’s favourite book on leadership.
