0900 CFAVs arrive at Waterbeach HQ
1000 Pre-Camp briefings, including briefings from Comdt, DCCs and CTO
1130 Admin period for any matters arising following Pre-Camp briefings.
1200 Prepare for arrival of cadets and parents
1230 Cadets and Parents Arrive
1330 Parade, to include presentation of QPJM medal to qualifying CFAVs. (Dress MTP or Service Dress.)
1400 Garden Party and Social gathering for CFAVs, Cadets, families and guests
1630 Beating the Retreat
1800 Cadets and families Depart
1900 CFAVs Social function (relaxed dress).
