Who should attend?
• All County PROs
• Anyone who has responsibility for photography within their unit.
• Other personnel who have a PR responsibility, who have previously attended the Introductory Course and wish to broaden and improve their skills.
NOTE: Applicants for this course must have previously completed the Introduction to Public Relations course.
This two-day residential course looks closely at digital photography and its impact in the way we present pictures to the media. Photographs may be used in a variety of ways, from media work to web sites, from promotional leaflets to displays – this course shows how to create the best images to get our message across.
The course builds upon the basic photography instruction given on the Introductory Course and is intensely practical and covering many 'as live' assignments. Through these exercises delegates will develop their picture, set up skills as well as their technical knowledge and ability.
Equipment can be provided, but delegates are encouraged to bring their own digital cameras, laptops and all connecting leads, chargers and any other kit they feel relevant to the course. Any delegate without suitable equipment will be accommodated if prior notice is given.
Bookings for this course are to be made via Westminster.
