BTEC First Diploma in Public Service

The Cornwall Army Cadets who enrolled for BTEC with the Cadet Vocational Qualification Office (CVQO) this last year, achieved a 100% pass by obtaining Distinction Star Grades. The success demonstrates the commitment of both the Army Cadets who enrol for the Diploma and the Adult Instructors who give their time and enthusiasm for these outstanding results to be achieved.
The grade of Distinction* equates to achieving 4 GCSE vocational subjects at A*, a Distinction equates to 4 grade A subjects and a Merit equates to 4 grade B subjects.
At the Summer Camp certificates were presented to Cadets; CSM Gemma Harding Helston; Serjeant Oliver Beswetherick Truro; Sjt Katie Bryers Launceston; Sjt Rebecca Copplestone Bude; C/Sjt Jack Horsbrugh Torpoint; Serjeant Kayleigh Webster Camborne; C/Sjt Thomas Taylor Bodmin; CSM Mathew Frost Bodmin and with L/cpl Daniel Barbary Merit Redruth.
