11-13 Nov 11 Junior Cadet Instruction Cadre. This weekend saw Part 1 of the Bn's latest Junior Cadet Instruction Cadre (JCIC), attended by senior cadets from across the Bn, learning about methods of instruction, planning and preparation and hints and tips for good lessons.
