Adult Leadership and Management Course

Aim
To study the organisation, administration, management and training of the ACF at Detachment level and deliver leadership training.
Qualification
Successful completion of the course qualifies CFAVs for promotion from Sergeant Instructor to Staff Sergeant Instructor or from 2nd Lieutenant to Lieutenant and for the role of a Detachment Commander.
Eligibility
This course is only for the ACF. Candidates must have completed the ACF induction training up to and including successful completion of ITC (which in the future will become the Advanced Induction Course).
