Constitution
The Army Cadet Force Association (ACFA) is a registered charity and a company limited by guarantee not having a share capital. It is governed by its Memorandum and Articles of Association which were amended on 17 November 2007 to take account of changes to charity law in Scotland.
The Army Cadet Force Association is a registered charity in England, Wales and Northern Ireland (305962) and Scotland (SC039057).
